Do you often feel tired, bloated, or just not quite yourself ?
You eat healthy, you watch what you put into your body, and yet you often feel tired or bloated. Your head sometimes feels “foggy,” you struggle with focus, or you notice you feel emotionally flat. Maybe your digestion is unsettled, your skin reacts more easily, or your hormones seem a little out of balance.
As a homeopath, I see these kinds of patterns regularly in my practice. Sometimes it turns out that food – and particularly wheat – may play a role. Wheat is now present in an incredible amount of products, even in processed foods where you wouldn’t expect it. For some people, this can feel like an overload.
Cutting out wheat isn’t always enough
Many people choose to reduce or avoid wheat for a while. That can certainly help, but the symptoms don’t always disappear completely. In my practice, I often see that people, even after changing their diet, still feel fatigued or continue to experience lingering discomfort.
This can sometimes be linked to an energetic imprint that remains in the body even after physical wheat consumption has stopped. You might think of it as a kind of “trace” left behind in your system, leaving you feeling less balanced than you’d like to be.
How I approach this in my practice
When I notice this pattern, I look together with my client at what could best support the body’s own healing capacity. A homeopathic remedy such as Triticum vulgare can be part of this process. This remedy is used to gently stimulate the body’s self-healing ability and help restore balance.
Clients often share that, over time, they feel lighter, more energetic, and clearer in their minds. But of course, this is always individual: every person is different, which is why I look carefully at what is most appropriate for each unique situation.
